Food Journal - Day 5

I woke at 7:15.  Here's what i consumed:

7:20 am - 1 serving hemp protein powder in water

10:40 am - handful of almonds

2:35 pm - 3 scrambled eggs with salt, pepper, and ketchup. multi and fish oil.

9:30 pm - Shrimp and sausage jambalaya (x3 bowls)

11:30 pm - 3 krispy kreme donuts

Here's what i drank today:
    Water: 72 oz
    Coffee: 32 oz
    Decaf coffee: 16 oz
    Beer: 24 oz


I cheated!  One of my friends surprised me with a visit and i wasn't going to miss the opportunity to make us a good meal and drink some craft brew.  I'll sacrifice having free-reign all day tomorrow for a little bit of fun today.
