Food Journal - Day 4

I woke up at 7:05.  Today's consumption:

7:20 am - 4 scrambled eggs with ketchup, multi, fish oil
the ripening, food journal, scrambled eggs

10:30 am - handful of almonds
the ripening, food journal, almonds

1:35 pm - 1 serving hemp protein powder in water
the ripening, food journal, hemp protein shake

7:00 pm - flat iron steak with hot sauce, seasoned potatoes with ketchup
the ripening, food journal, flat iron steak, seasoned potatoes

3 T peanut butter for dessert

Before bed - ZMA

I drank:
    Water: 84 oz (including the water in the protein shake)
    Coffee: 16 oz

Accidentally skipped the snack between lunch and dinner (again) after drinking lunch.  Didn't have the appetite but i still tried to get some protein.

Looking forward to cheat day.. there's two bottles of Cold Mountain Winter Ale in the fridge that i've been staring at since Monday.
