Food Journal - Day 13

Fatterday! I woke up at 8:45.  Here's what i ate and drank throughout the day:

8:50 am - hemp protein shake
the ripening, food journal, hemp protein powder, water

10:50 am - 2 doughnuts

1:30 pm - 3/4's of this large Domino's pacific veggie pizza. (minus spinach, plus ham and hot sauce)

7:35 pm - salad, french fries,chopped sirloin with mushrooms and fried onions (ate half the steak)

10:30 pm - two more doughnuts

I drank:
    Water: 54 oz
    Milk: 20 oz
    Beer: 36 oz
    Soda: 12 oz
    Margarita: 10 oz

Now i just need to make sure i get back on track tomorrow.
