Routine - Day 3

Day 3 of the challenge is in the books.  Here's how my day unfolded:

6:10 - 6:15 - wake, shake, bathroom break
6:15 - 6:30 - meditate
6:30 - 6:35 - Facebook
6:35 - 6:50 - blog
6:50 - 7:10 - shower and got dressed
7:10 - 7:25 - breakfast
7:25 - 7:45 - prep for work
7:45 - 8:40 - gas station + commute (listened to the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast)
8:40 - 5:15 - work, with breaks at 11, 1, and 4:30
5:15 - 6:05 - commute (listed to JRE and talked on the phone)
6:05 - 6:25 - unwind
6:25 - 6:45 - soft tissue work with a lacrosse ball
6:45 - 7:30 - dinner
7:30 - 7:45 - clean
7:45 - 8:30 - meditate
8:30 - 8:45 - snack
8:45 - 9:30 - read
9:30 - lights out
