Running a Mile - Introduction

I'm beginning 2014 with a physical challenge.  I will run at least one mile for the next 21 days.

Since moving back in with my parents, i've been subject to a plethora of foods.  It being the holidays, i allowed myself to overindulge.  Nothing was off-limits.

In related news, I plan to go gluten free 6 days a week for the entire year.  (Minus a daily beer)  I will incorporate principles of The Bulletproof Diet, too.
