The Scale is a Liar!

I've been keeping tabs on my body the past couple of months.  On Feb 20th, and again on March 24th, I weighed myself and had my girlfriend take measurements.  Here's the stats:

Anything jump out at you?  When i got on the scale in March i was a little upset to see that i weighed exactly the same.  Good thing i had the g/f take measurements!

Although my weight hadn't changed, i'd lost 2.5 inches from the fattest part of my stomach and another inch from my hips!

Takeaway: Don't let the scale be the sole way of determining whether or not you are making progress in your fitness goals.
